Belonging to the Lineage
Beneath you, the ground remembers beginnings. It has carried the weight of feet that trembled with wonder, with fear, with celebration, with sorrow. It holds traces of lives begun and lives completed, of rivers that changed course, of mountains that rose and fell away. The earth knows thresholds. It knows how to cradle what is just beginning, and how to shelter what could not remain.
Above you, the sky is alive with ancient light. Stars burn with brilliance that left them long ago, arriving now to steady you. The same constellations once guided travelers across seas, marked time for farmers and healers, kept rhythm for midwives and mourners. The moon, luminous and scarred, has risen over both first cries and final breaths, bearing witness without ceasing.
Around you stand the ancestors. Some are remembered by name, others rest unnamed in soil and story. They carried babies who grew, and babies who could not stay. They raised children, they made hard choices when survival required it, they endured famine and injustice, and still they found ways to sing, to plant, to love. Their breath moves in your breath. Their strength hums in your bones.
You are not stepping here alone. The ground remembers you, the sky receives you, the ancestors surround you. However your story bends—toward joy, toward grief, or toward something still unknown—you are already part of this lineage. You are already carried by earth and sky. You are already held.
This is one chapter of forty-seven.
In Awe carries you through pregnancy, birth and the year that follows. Loving Legacies accompanies loss. Every enrolment opens both, for good.
